Join us for a series of events to learn more about our commissioned service providers and what they offer in your region of western Victoria.

Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) commissions many health services in our four sub regions of western Victoria (Geelong Otways, Ballarat Goldfields, Great South Coast and Wimmera Grampians), including:

  • headspace
  • Step Thru Care
  • Medicare Mental Health Centres
  • Multicultural Access Programs
  • Homelessness Access Programs
  • Head to Health
  • Specialist Intellectual Disability Integrators
  • Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) A-LIVES Program
  • Pharmacotherapy
  • Multidisciplinary Care Team

Learn more about our providers and enjoy some canapés!

You will learn more about commissioned providers from the providers themselves, and enjoy some canapés and drinks (at bar prices) and the chance to network with colleagues.

Presentations will run from 4.30pm to 6.30pm and cover service details, referral pathways, eligibility requirements and how information is communicated back to GPs. From 6.30pm to 8.30pm, we will serve canapés and drinks (at bar prices) and there will be time to network with colleagues and providers. 

Who is this event for?

We’re inviting all health professionals, from GPs and GP Registrars to Practice Managers, Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, Practice Owners, Practice Staff and Specialists.
