Healthy Habits is the theme of this year’s Men’s Health Week which runs from 12 to 18 June. So we have put our minds together at Western Victoria Primary Health Network to come up with five healthy habits you can start this week.
Each day, we will release a new healthy habit that will help with physical and/or mental health and wellbeing.
In the meantime, if you want to find out more about Men’s Health Week and events across Australia, visit the official Men’s Health Week website.
