Social Connection Partnership Grants

Western Victoria PHN (WVPHN) wants to financially support new and existing programs in our communities to help ensure no-one feels alone as we move through the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result, WVPHN is pleased to have $350,000 in funding available for Social Connection Partnership Grants. These grants have a focus on supporting the development of cross-sectorial partnerships and supporting activities that provide an immediate and localised response to the social and economic impacts of social isolation.

There is one grant available within each of the four WVPHN sub-regions (Ballarat Goldfields, Geelong Otway, Great South Coast and Wimmera Grampians). Each sub-region in western Victoria faces a different set of challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, with more money going to where it’s needed most to overcome loneliness.

WVPHN is now processing applications for the Social Connection Partnership Grants.

Applications closed at 5pm Friday, 3 July 2020.
