Learning outcomes for the series, for each of the 5 topics: 

  • Recognise the importance of early identification of disordered eating in primary care settings.
  • Develop skills to assess and differentiate between various types of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders (OSFED), Unspecified Feeding or Eating Disorders (UFED), and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
  • Gain knowledge of community-based, community-intensive, and hospital-based treatment options for key eating disorders.
  • Develop skills to support families and other caregivers in the treatment and recovery process for children and teens.
  • Participate in a community of practice and learning
