Building on current work and planning for the future – Contribute to the development of the WVPHN Strategic Plan 2023-2025 – 11 August

Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) has started work on its new Strategic Plan for 2023-2025.

The plan will be a guide for the future of primary care support and service delivery within the region. It will define clear goals, objectives and activities for work to be undertaken by WVPHN over the next three years.

WVPHN is committed to keeping stakeholders informed and, most importantly, included in discussions on purpose, vision and planned outcomes of the organisation. To ensure a well informed and impactful strategic plan WVPHN wants to ensure that as many voices from across the region are included. You are invited to share your thoughts and inputs into the development of the WVPHN Strategic Plan 2023-2025
