In recognition of the additional stress being experienced by primary care clinicians and staff during COVID-19, Western Victoria PHN is partnering with The Black Dog Institute to run an interactive workshop suitable for all staff members. This introductory program lays the groundwork for building mental health literacy, reducing stigma and promoting help-seeking in your workplace.

- Understand the causes, signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions including depression, stress and anxiety, and what help is available inside and outside of the workplace
- Understand five core concepts of wellbeing and how these translate into daily life
- Be familiar with practical, evidence based coping strategies
