| Grampians Health Ballarat – Planned Activity Groups | An activity program aimed at adults who may benefit from support and participation in social activities. Activities run from two locations and include weekday centre-based activities, community-based activities and excursions. The Eyres House program specifically targets Memory Support and is aimed primarily at people living with dementia. | Wimmera Dementia Support Group | Based in Horsham, this is a monthly support group for people who are caring for someone with dementia in the community. Carers meet others who share similar experiences and enjoy some quiet time away from their caring role.
