Registrants will be sent a confirmation email. Those attending via webinar must register via the link provided in the confirmation email in order to be able to access the webinar at the advertised time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Western Victoria Primary Health Network (PHN) reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances or if the number of registrations is insufficient (any fees will be refunded).

Western Victoria PHN strives to provide affordable, subsidised educational events for health professionals. These events incur significant catering and administration costs. If you are unable to attend, please advise us early via phone or email info@westvicphn.com.au so those on waiting lists can attend. In the event of repeat non-attendance you may be waitlisted for future events.

If you wish to cancel a paid registration for face to face events, written notice must be provided to Western Victoria PHN at info@westvicphn.com.au. Refunds will be provided as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Information. Western Victoria PHN reserves the right to review individual applications for refunds on a discretionary basis.

Refunds will only be made onto credit cards or via direct deposit to a nominated bank account. No cash or cheque refunds.

Photographs and Webinar recordings

Webinar recordings and photographs taken at Western Victoria Primary Health Network events are stored for future access and may be used in publications and promotions. Please notify the facilitator if you do not give your consent.
