We provide an environment that encourages a good work life balance with a focus on family needs and we offer a flexible working arrangement.

Our 4 fully accredited practices provide a comprehensive range of general practice medical services, and we also support our GPs to specialise according to their individual interests and professional development goals. The general practitioners and practice nurses are committed to improving medical care for patients in regional and rural communities in Ballarat and the surrounding districts.

All clinics adopt a friendly, non-judgemental approach in the delivery of examinations, treatment advice and referrals. Committed to both health promotion and illness prevention our clinics utilise a range of internal and external providers to deliver comprehensive care. Our clinics are mixed billing and we are committed to providing services for our community members as close as possible to where they live, we therefore have clinics at Sebastopol, Wendouree, Lucas and Smythesdale.

BCH is a proud and progressive organisation offering a number of services unique to the region including but not limited to needle exchange and Hepatitis C outreach programs, Transgender Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs programs and Wellbeing and Fitness to name a few.
