About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a vibrant and enthusiastic Full-Time Practice Manager to join our expanding Medical and Allied Health Clinic.
If you have past experience as a Practice Manager or leading a team in a Medical practice and are looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Essential criteria:
• Demonstrate effective leadership and mentoring
• Team player with exceptional communication skills
• Sound knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule
• Experience in complex human resource management including performance management and annual appraisals
• Complaints management
• Experience developing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Excellent time management skills

• Financial management & Budgeting
• Business plan execution
• Security including information management and privacy.
