Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative is a not for profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) providing culturally attuned, integrated health and community services in Warrnambool and regional South West Victoria.
REGISTERED NURSE – GENERAL PRACTICE
Due to internal promotion we are looking for a Practice Nurse to oversee general practice activities. You will be part of our busy and friendly team at our Medical Practice, Banyan Street, Warrnambool. The medical practice is an accredited, community-based health service with Medicare bulk-billing. Our multidisciplinary team provides culturally sensitive care for Aboriginal families and other residents. Onsite services include dental, dietetics, psychology and optometry clinics. GPs are supported by a Practice Nurse and 4 Aboriginal Health Workers. Full-time. Generous above award pay rate.

• A commitment to Aboriginal health and Aboriginal culture and ability to work within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation
• Provision of services that are inclusive of Aboriginal Communities and people
• Chronic disease management and care coordination
• Registered Nurse AHPRA
• Current clinical skills and knowledge
