As our receptionist you will be responsible for creating and keeping order in our busy clinic, as an experienced allied health receptionist you will know what we are talking about.

We are looking for a caring customer service focused person to join our already existing dynamic team…

You will have experience in

allied health reception, if not previous experience in medical reception will be suitable
a high level of computer skills and knowledge of Best Practice will be an advantage
knowing how to manage competing priorities whilst getting it done
You will be responsible for using your caring and experienced customer service skills to assist our patients and health providers by

organising patient appointments, taking incoming calls
processing patient payments
following up of information
liaising with external service providers
providing general assistance to support the Providers
