Portland District Health & Heywood Rural Health is currently seeking an:

Aged Care Nurse Practitioner Candidate with current/planned enrolment in a Master of Nursing course accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) to work across Portland District Health Harbourside Lodge (30 beds) & Heywood Rural Health (45 beds) Residential Aged Care Facilities.
The position will also work under direct supervision within the Aged Care Nurse Practitioner Residential In-Reach Collaborative Service when operational.

This temporary position is available immediately, for a suitable applicant.

This position is for up to 64 hours per fortnight split between Portland and Heywood
Residential Aged Care Facilities.
