Priority Populations

The diversity of western Victoria’s population is among its strengths. However, Western Victoria PHN recognises many people in our community face more complex health issues and require additional support and services.

These are our priority populations made up of minority groups whose health and wellbeing may be impacted by added barriers to health services or who are vulnerable to increased incidence of chronic disease or poor health.
